He is Prince 2, AgilePM, ITIL and ServiceNow certified. He is very structured and has a good eye for details. He likes to control a situation as quick as possible to make sure the work is done correctly and ensuring quality. As a teacher, Bastiaan quickly scans the abilities and personalities of the students to adapt the style of teaching to the public, without losing sight of the objectives of the course.
